ZAZA ATELIER aims to deliver the customer’s chosen items to the place and person of their choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.  

Please order from ZAZA ATELIER with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as ZAZA ATELIER cannot be responsible for this.

The delivery time frame for In Stock items is usually up to 10 working days. However, delivery times are dependent on when the order is processed and on the customer’s location. ZAZA ATELIER operates Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays and orders are not processed outside of this. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is processed. ZAZA ATELIER is not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.

If the customer’s order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time the order is placed, ZAZA ATELIER will notify the customer and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Please note that ZAZA ATELIER aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, excluding bank holidays. ZAZA ATELIER is not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.

Packages

All of our packaging is highly discreet and package contents are not visible from the outside. There is no way anyone will be able to guess the contents of one of our packages. 

Shipping Policy

ZAZA ATELIER is also dedicated to providing a transparent and customer-friendly shipping policy:

  • Accepts Returns: Yes.
  • Return Window: Customers can return products within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Return Method: Returns must be sent back by mail.
  • Item Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original, new condition.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Return Reason and Fees: Customers will not be charged for returns, whether due to remorse or receiving a defective product.
